"DAVID YOUNG HAS BEEN A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR TEAM HE RECENTLY WORKED ON MACHINE TILL THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED.HE HAS CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CHECK TO SEE IF THE MACHINE IS STILL OPERATING PROPERLY.HE HAS BEEN SPECTACULAR.THE ONLY ISSUE I STILL HAVE TO THIS DAY WITH BOBCAT IS THAT YOU NEED A SATELLITE FACILITY FOR PARTS AND SERVICE OVER ON THE US 19 CORRIDOR.BOBCAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY BRAND SINCE MY GRANDFATHER TAUGHT ME TO RUN A MACHINE AT AGE 10 SO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND THANK YOU."
